Rockin’ Hump Day with a Raspberry Kale Smoothie

It’s Wednesday and I need a lift to get me through the rest of this week! This rockin’ raspberry kale smoothie did the trick and it’s packed with Vitamins A, C, E, K, fiber and so much more. Cheers to good health!

 

Ingredients
1/4 cup raspberries
1 cup kale
1/4 banana (add more for creamier consistency)
1/2 carrot
1 T. flax seed
2 T. fresh mint
1 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
1/2 cup water

Blend it up and enjoy! Happy Hump Day!
